Ingleside Gateway Office Building

A 40,000 SF Office/Medical Office Building located at the corner of US-78 and Ingleside Blvd in North Charleston, SC. The project is located at the entrance to the 1,600 acre Ingleside Planned Master Planned Commercial District, and is within a mile of Interstate 26, Trident Medical Hospital, and Charleston Couthern University. This building will feature tilt-up concrete construction, and already has a 7,000 SF ground floor bank lease. We are assisting in the development of this 1,800 acre land development which is the largest privately owned land parcel in North Charleston, SC. The property has 2 miles of interstate frontage on I-26. The project is expected to receive over $50,000,000 in road improvements. Daniel Island

As the exclusive real estate broker for commercial sites and bulk acreage for The Daniel Island Company, we have enjoyed a long-term involvement in the assistance of the commercial development of Daniel Island. The project, a 2,500 acre mixed-use community located in the City of Charleston, will include approximately 5,000 - 7,000 residential units as well as over 4 million square feet of commercial space.

Carnes Crossroads

Our office is working closely with The Daniel Island Company in the commercial development of this 2,400 acre community in Goose Creek, SC. The project features nearly 500 acres of commercial land.

Palmetto Commerce Park

Our office has provided development assistance for Palmetto Commerce Park, a 1,120 acre Class A industrial park in North Charleston, SC. Our role has included working with private and public entities to implement road and utility infrastructure plans, wetland delineations, endangered species studies, and archaeological surveys. We have also handled the marketing and sales of the industrial parcels within the Park.

200 Meeting Street

As a broker and as a development consultant, our office worked with Duke Power Company and The Beach Company in the development of this 150,000 SF Class A office building at 200 Meeting Street in downtown Charleston, SC. After securing the site, we worked with Duke Power Company's real estate subsidiary, Crescent Land and Timber Company, on various development aspects of the project. Once completed, we handled leasing for all of the major tenants, including Nations Bank (now Bank of America), Smith Barney, Interstate/Johnson Lane, Holmes & Thomson, and Nexsen Pruett.

487 Wando Park Blvd

We worked with a third-party ownership group on a fee basis for the development of 487 Wando Park Blvd., a 20,000 SF corporate office/distribution building in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Daniel Island Self Storage

Our office played an active role in the development of this 20,000 SF + self-storage facility on Daniel Island.
